Usage: This product features fast drying speed and low price. It is used for general metal and wooden objects, ordinary steel structures and building surfaces both indoors and outdoors for protection and decoration

Product color and composition

Colour: All colours

Composition: It is formulated with alkyd resin, drying accelerator and organic solvent.

Technical parameters

Fineness: ≤40μm

Solid content: ≥40%

Viscosity: (25℃) ≥ 100s (apply -4 cups)

Drying time at 25℃ : Surface drying ≤ 6 hours

Practical work ≤ 24 hours

Gloss: ≥40%

Thinner: Alkyd paint thinner, dilution rate 5-10% (by weight)

Construction method: Spraying or brushing

Reference construction viscosity: 18-25 seconds for spraying; Brush for 40 to 60 seconds

Matching coatings: Pre-treatment matching coatings such as alkyd mixed primer, etc.

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.

Packaging specification: 10kg per drum.

Storage period: 12 months
