Usage: The paint film has excellent anti-rust performance, dries quickly, has strong adhesion, and is of high quality and low price.
Product color and composition
Colour: grey, iron red, black
Composition: Composed of alkyd resin, pigments, anti-rust pigments, extender pigments, drying accelerators and solvents.
Technical parameters
Original paint viscosity: (25℃) ≥ 40 s (apply -4 cups)
Number of coating coats: 2-3 coats;
Theoretical coating area: 7-10m ² /kg (depending on color);
The thickness of one coat of paint wax: The wet film thickness is approximately 40-52 μm, and the dry film thickness is approximately 20-26 μm
Drying time: Surface dry for 4 hours at 25℃
Work hard for 24 hours
Coating interval: (25℃) Minimum 24 hours, maximum unlimited hours;
Thinner: Alkyd paint thinner dilution rate 0-5% (by weight)
Construction methods: Spraying, brushing
Reference construction viscosity: 18-20 seconds for spraying; Brush for 40 to 60 seconds
Surface treatment: Shot blasting and sandblasting for rust removal to reach the standard Sa2.5 grade, or use power tools to reach the standard St3 grade, and remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.
Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.
Packaging specification: 10kg per drum.
Storage period: 12 months
