Application: This product features excellent waterproof and breathable properties, as well as strong penetration and good adhesion. It can be used as a primer for exterior wall coatings. It is suitable for penetration and sealing on the surface of base materials such as cement, concrete and asbestos.

Composition: This product is refined based on acrylic acid copolymer and various additives.

Technical parameters

Construction: Spray coating, brushing or roller coating. The surface of the construction base must be treated. The base surface should be firm, clean and free of oil stains. It is best to sand the surface with sandpaper, remove dust or rinse it over a large area with a high-pressure water gun. The construction temperature should be above 5℃, the PH value of the wall surface should be less than 10, and the moisture content should be less than 10%.

Coating area: The theoretical value is 8-10 square meters /kg. The coating area varies with the roughness of the base surface. (This data is for reference only. The actual situation shall prevail.)

Storage, transportation and custody: 12 months at normal temperature. It should be kept in a cool and well-ventilated place.
