1. Construction procedure: Substrate treatment (as per specified requirements) : Epoxy zinc-rich base coat - epoxy mica iron - intermediate coat - fluorocarbon topcoat - clear coat. It is advisable to use zinc yellow epoxy primer on the surface of aluminum alloy.

2. Surface treatment

Before coating, the surface of the substrate should be clean, dry, smooth, firm, free of grease, rust and other impurities. The moisture content of the wall surface should be less than 8%, and the PH value should be less than 10.

3. Construction method: Brushing or spraying. Spraying is recommended. The nozzle diameter of the spray gun is 1.5-2mm, and the pressure is 0.6MPa.

4. Proportion of curing agent for high-gloss type: paint: curing agent 20:4

5. Dilution method: The amount of dedicated thinner used should not exceed 20%. Adjust it to the construction viscosity. After mixing the main paint with the curing agent, it should be cured for 30 minutes and completed within 6 hours.

The minimum recoating interval is 1 hour (at 23±1℃).

7. The construction temperature should be between 5 and 40℃, and the relative humidity of the air should be no more than 70%. Contact with water is strictly prohibited.

8. Special thinner should be used for tool cleaning.

Construction Precautions

Before mixing the paint, the main paint should be stirred evenly first, and the curing agent should be prepared strictly in accordance with the required proportion.

2. During construction, the adjustment of viscosity has a significant impact on the metallic luster. The construction viscosity should be controlled at 14 to 25 seconds per coat at -423±1℃, which is more suitable for spraying.

3. When spraying metallic flake paint, the thickness of the coating film should not be too thick at one time. The thinner the coating film, the more coats it should be sprayed, the better.

Safety measures

1. Avoid contact of the paint with skin and eyes. If it splashes onto the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water. The construction site is required to have good ventilation.

2. The paint contains flammable solvents. Keep away from fire sources and smoking is strictly prohibited in the nearby area. All safety regulations must be observed on site.
