Usage: It is used for anti-corrosion on the surface of ordinary steel structures and mechanical equipment, for protection and decoration purposes.

Product color and composition

Composition: It is formulated with alkyd resin, drying accelerator and organic solvent.

Colour: grey, iron red, black

Fineness: ≤60μm

Solid content: ≥40%

Viscosity: (25℃) ≥ 120s (coated -4 cups)

Drying time at 25℃ : Surface drying ≤ 6 hours

Practical work ≤ 24 hours

Thinner: Alkyd paint thinner, dilution rate 5-10% (by weight)

Construction method: Spraying or brushing

Reference construction viscosity: 18-25 seconds for spraying; Brush for 40 to 60 seconds

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.

Packaging specification: 10kg per drum.

Storage period: 12 months
