Product application
Epoxy sealing primer is mainly used as a sealing paint agent for galvanized (zinc coating) and cold galvanized high-zinc coatings, as well as for sealing coatings on the surfaces of metal zinc spray coatings, aluminum alloy spray coatings, and inorganic zinc-rich paints. It also has excellent penetration and sealing properties on cement surfaces.
Product composition and features
Composition: Epoxy sealing primer is composed of epoxy resin, polyamide resin, pigments, additives and solvents, etc.
Features: The epoxy sealing primer is developed in accordance with the characteristics of galvanized (zinc coating) and cold galvanized high-zinc coatings. It is most suitable as a sealing coating for them and has good adhesion on aluminum alloys and galvanized layers with appropriate surface treatment. It can be used as a sealing coating on aluminum and zinc metal spray coatings, and has good permeability and sealing performance. It has good adhesion and sealing performance with zinc-rich primers such as inorganic zinc silicate primer. Epoxy sealing primer has good alkali resistance and can be used as a sealing primer for exterior walls or floors. It has good interlayer adhesion with the subsequent paint film and can be used in conjunction with various anti-corrosion topcoats.

Construction Instructions
Surface treatment: Use light sweeping sandblasting or roughening with sandpaper to remove all oil stains and debris.
Stir the paint thoroughly after opening the package. Add the curing agent by weight ratio and stir evenly. After curing, it can be used.
Restriction: The substrate temperature must be 3℃ above the dew point. The relative humidity shall not exceed 85%. Construction is not allowed when the temperature is below 5℃. Indoor construction can adopt heating measures that do not affect safety.
Coating method: Airless spraying: Nozzle diameter: 0.4-0.5mm
Spray pressure: 20-25MPa
Thinner: Use thinner as little as possible.
