Composition: Composed of acrylic emulsion, pigments, etc., water-based acrylic topcoat is a one-component coating with water as the diluent. The paint film has good gloss and excellent performance.
Product features
Water-based and environmentally friendly: The coating uses water as a diluent, causing little pollution to the environment and posing no harm to health. It is an environmentally friendly anti-corrosion coating.
Anti-flash rust property: Water-based acrylic topcoat has excellent anti-flash rust property, and no rust occurs on the substrate during the coating process.
High weather resistance: The paint film has strong weather resistance. Under ultraviolet radiation, the paint film does not powderize and provides long-lasting protection for the coated object.
Strong adhesion: The coating has strong adhesion to the substrate, adheres firmly, and the paint film does not fall off.
High decorative effect: The coating comes in a variety of colors and has excellent decorative properties, maintaining color and luster in outdoor applications.
Mechanical properties: The mechanical properties of the paint film are excellent, and its impact resistance, flexibility and hardness all meet the product standards.
Main application: Water-based acrylic topcoat is mainly used in light to moderate industrial corrosive environments, such as anti-corrosion protection and appearance decoration of steel structures, mechanical equipment, vehicles, buildings, pipelines, petrochemicals, guardrails and other facilities, and has excellent protective properties.

The actual coating rate is related to various factors such as surface treatment, external environment and construction methods
Construction temperature: 5-40℃
Paint mixing: Stir thoroughly and evenly using power tools or hand tools
Construction methods: airless spraying, air spraying, brushing, roller coating (special)

Construction technology
1. Surface treatment
The surface of the base material should be thoroughly free of oil stains, rust and oxide scale, and undergo sandblasting or shot blasting treatment to reach the rust removal grade Sa2.5 standard, with a roughness of 30-70μm. Manual rust removal can also be adopted to achieve the rust removal standard of St3 grade, with a roughness of 30-70μm. After the surface treatment is completed, the primer should be applied within 4 hours to prevent the base material from rusting again.
2. Primer application: Apply water-based acrylic primer to the specified film thickness. The coating should be smooth and flat, with uniform and consistent color.
3. Intermediate paint application: According to the construction requirements, water-based mica intermediate paint can be applied to enhance the anti-corrosion and shielding properties and increase the thickness of the paint film.
4. Topcoat application: Apply water-based acrylic topcoat to the specified film thickness. The coating should be smooth and flat, with uniform and consistent color.
Construction precautions
1. Dilute the paint with water without adding any solvents.
2. Store in a dry and cool environment. Keep the packaging drums closed and keep away from heat sources and fire sources.
The construction environment should be between 5℃ and 40℃.
