Product application

Usage: This paint can dry by itself and has excellent water resistance and heat resistance. It can be used on the surface of steel equipment to provide good heat protection.

Product color and composition

Color: Aluminium pink, all solid colors

Composition: This paint is composed of a copolymer varnish made of silicone resin and phenolic resin, and is packaged with aluminum powder or other heat-resistant dyes.

Technical parameters

Original paint viscosity: (25℃) ≥13 seconds (apply -4 cups)

Number of coating coats: 1-2 coats;

Theoretical coating area: 7-8m ² /kg

The thickness of one coat of paint film: The wet film thickness is approximately 50 μm, and the dry film thickness is approximately 25μm.

Drying time: (At 25℃) Surface dry ≤4 hours

Practical work ≤24 hours;

Coating interval: (25℃) Minimum 24 hours, maximum unlimited hours;

Thinner: Silicone paint thinner, usage 10-15% (by weight)

Construction methods: Spraying, brushing

Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.

Complementary coatings: The previous complementary coatings include silicone putty, silicone heat-resistant primer, etc

Storage period: 12 months;

Packaging specification: 10kg per drum
