Average density: 1.15g/ml
Original paint viscosity: (25℃) ≥40 seconds (apply -4 cups)
Number of coating coats: 1-2 coats;
Theoretical coating area: 7-8 m2/kg (depending on the color)
The thickness of one coat of paint film: The wet film thickness is approximately 40-52 μm, and the dry film thickness is approximately 20-26 μm.
Drying time: Drying (105±2℃) for 2 hours (for light-colored paint)
Dry at 120±2℃ for 2 hours (for dark paint)
Coating interval: (25℃) Minimum 2 hours, maximum unlimited hours.
Thinner: Amino paint thinner, dilution rate 10-15% (by weight).
Construction method: Spraying
Reference construction viscosity: 17-23 seconds for spraying
Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.
Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above zero, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.
