Application: The paint film has good adhesion to the putty layer and topcoat, and is oil-resistant. It is suitable for the intermediate layer and primer coating of sewing machines, bicycles, instruments and other items that have already been coated with putty.

Product color and composition

Colour: Grey, black

Composition: It is formulated from amino resin, alkyd resin, pigments and extender pigments, and organic solvents.

Original paint viscosity: (25℃) ≥60 seconds (apply -4 cups)

Theoretical coating area: 6-10 m ² /kg

The thickness of one coat of paint wax: The wet film thickness is approximately 40-59 μm, and the dry film thickness is approximately 20-30 μm.

Drying time: 2 hours of drying at 120±2℃

Coating interval: (25℃) Minimum 2 hours, maximum unlimited hours

Thinner: Amino paint thinner, dilution rate 10-15% (by weight).

Construction method: Spraying

Reference construction viscosity: 17-23 seconds for spraying

Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above zero, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.

Storage period: 12 months
