Product application

Application: It features excellent weather resistance. The paint film has good adhesion, is both hard and tough, dries quickly, and has a wide range of applications. It can be used for gas pipelines, oil tanks, storage tanks, vehicles, machine tools, motors, ships, Bridges, docks, gas holders, and various chemical equipment supports and pipelines, etc. It is also applicable to steam heat network pipelines and steel structures with a usage temperature of 140 degrees for rust and corrosion prevention.

Product color and composition

Colour: All colours

Composition: It is composed of isocyanate prepolymer as Component one and acrylic resin, pigment, additives and organic solvents as component two, packaged in separate parts.

Technical indicators

The viscosity of the original paint (at 25℃) is ≥30s (coating -4 cups). (

Number of coating coats: 2-3 coats;

Theoretical coating area: 7-8m ² /kg

The thickness of one coat of paint film: The wet film thickness is approximately 40-52 μm, and the dry film thickness is approximately 20-26 μm.

Drying time (at 25℃). Surface drying ≤1 hour

Practical work ≤24 hours

Coating interval (25℃) : minimum 1 hour, maximum no upper limit;

Thinner: Acrylic polyurethane paint thinner, dilution rate 10-15% (by weight)

Construction method: Spraying; Brush and apply

Mixing ratio: Paint: curing agent = 4:1

Premixing time: 10-20 minutes, usable time: 6 hours

Reference construction viscosity: Spray for 15-20 seconds

Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.

Matching coatings: Pre-treatment matching coatings include acrylic polyurethane primer, nitrocellulose primer, alkyd primer, epoxy primer, etc

Storage period: 12 months

Packaging specifications: 20kg of paint per drum, 4kg of curing agent per drum
