Application: The paint film is bright, with good weather resistance and fullness. It also has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance and solvent resistance, and is suitable for topcoat of transportation vehicles and household appliances.

Product color and composition

Color: Colorless and transparent

Composition: It is composed of isocyanate prepolymer as Component one and acrylic resin and organic solvent as component two, packaged in separate parts.

Technical parameters

The viscosity of the original paint (at 25℃) is ≥20s (coating -4 cups).

Number of coating coats: 2-3 coats;

Theoretical coating area: 8-10 square meters /kg

The thickness of one coat of paint film: The wet film thickness is approximately 40-52 μm, and the dry film thickness is approximately 20-26 μm

The surface drying time at 25℃ is no more than 2 hours

Practical work ≤24 hours

Coating interval (25℃) : minimum 1 hour, maximum 48 hours;

Thinner: Acrylic polyurethane paint thinner, dosage 0-10% (by weight)

Construction methods: Brushing, spraying

Mixing ratio: Paint: curing agent = 4:1;

Premixing time: 10-20 minutes; Available time: 6 hours

Reference construction viscosity: Spray for 15-20 seconds

Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.

Complementary coatings: The previous complementary coatings include nitrocellulose transparent primer, nitrocellulose transparent putty, etc

Storage period: 12 months;

Packaging specifications: 20kg of paint per drum, 4kg of curing agent per drum
