Solvent-based epoxy resin floor paint is suitable for places that require wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, heavy load resistance, smooth surface and easy cleaning, such as high-standard floors in production workshops of parking lots, automobile manufacturing, mechanical manufacturing, papermaking, tobacco, chemical, textile, furniture and other industries. Solvent-based epoxy resin flooring has the following advantages: seamless as a whole, easy to clean, and does not accumulate dust or bacteria; The surface is smooth and flat, with rich colors, which can beautify the working environment. The ground is non-toxic and meets hygiene requirements. The parking lot floor must have anti-slip properties and a certain degree of roughness, which is difficult for ordinary cement floors to meet the requirements.
Product features
1. Cement floor: It is prone to breakage, generates dust, is rough and not shiny, gets dirty easily, and is difficult to clean. It is suitable for road floors but not for industrial floors.
2. Stone flooring: It is prone to dust accumulation, becomes damp in spring, moisture does not dissipate easily, makes loud noises when walking, and grease seeps in easily and is difficult to clean. Waxing maintenance is necessary.
3. Ceramic tile flooring: It makes a lot of noise, is prone to cracking when heavy vehicles pass over it, has grooves, gets damp, has difficulty dissipating moisture, and is slippery. It is not suitable for industrial flooring but is suitable for office buildings or pedestrian walkways.
4. Wooden floor: Prone to mold, too rough, gives a feeling of obstruction when walking, afraid of water, prone to decay, difficult to maintain, suitable for home floors.
5. Polyester coating floor: It has too strong water absorption, is prone to discoloration and fading, has weak adhesion, poor wear resistance, is not pressure-resistant, and has poor solvent resistance. It is suitable for decoration and painting, but not for industrial floors.
6. Epoxy resin flooring: It features strong adhesion, wear resistance, high hardness, acid and alkali resistance, mold prevention, no dust generation, corrosion resistance, water resistance, rust resistance, bright surface, beauty, no seams, and low maintenance costs. It is suitable for ISO9001, GMP international certification and general standard factory floors.

Construction requirements and maintenance
Environmental requirements for epoxy resin floor construction:
① Moisture content of the base surface: Non-water-based epoxy flooring cannot be constructed when it is above 6%.
② Construction should be halted when the humidity in the air exceeds 85%.
③ Construction temperature: Special formulas should be selected when the temperature is below 5℃.
2. Maintenance and care of epoxy resin flooring: Epoxy resin flooring is a high-value, high-quality, and high-demand product that requires meticulous maintenance and care. The correct usage method can keep the floor looking as good as new and extend its service life. The measures are as follows
All personnel entering the workshop are required to change their shoes (to avoid bringing in mud and sand from outside and scratching the floor).
② For all hardware, its feet must be wrapped with soft plastic or rubber to prevent scratching the ground during use.
③ When dragging pallets, they must be fully lifted off the ground. Special attention should be paid when turning to avoid scratching the ground at the corners of the pallets.
When cleaning the floor, a soft mop or a wet and dry vacuum cleaner should be used. It can be cleaned with clean water or detergent, but be careful that the floor is slippery.
⑤ If wear or scratches occur due to long-term use, small areas can be locally repaired. However, for larger areas, it is recommended to reapply the coating by roller or trowel.
⑥ The wheels of trolleys and carts should be made of hard or elastic rubber, and they should be used separately inside and outside the factory.
Construction technology
1. Base surface treatment
① The base floor shall be a cement powder surface or terrazzo surface.
② The base ground needs to be cured for more than 28 days, and the moisture content should be below 8% before construction. If there are any unevenness or hollowing on the base ground, they should be removed.
③ Level the ground with epoxy mortar;
④ The oil stains on the base must be thoroughly cleaned to the bottom.
⑤ Before construction, the base site for construction must be kept dry and clean.
2. Primer coating
Before construction, it is necessary to keep it clean. If there are any adhering debris, they should be removed. Mix the main agent and hardener in the correct proportion and stir thoroughly.
② The appropriate viscosity should be adjusted according to the ground conditions. The mixed materials should be completed within 4 hours for construction.
The curing and hardening time of the primer coating is approximately 8 hours or more.
3. Intermediate coating
Before construction, it is necessary to keep it clean. If there are any adhering debris, they should be removed. Mix the main agent and hardener in the correct proportion and stir thoroughly.
② Add an appropriate amount of quartz sand to the mixed resin.
③ Use a trowel to evenly apply the material;
The mixed materials should be completed within 30 minutes for construction.
⑤ Proper handover treatment should be carried out at the construction handover points.
The curing and hardening time of the intermediate coating is about 8 hours or more.
4. Surface coating
Before construction, it is necessary to keep it clean. If there are any adhering debris, they should be removed.
② Stir the main agent evenly before use.
③ Mix the main agent and hardener in the correct proportion and stir thoroughly.
④ Use a roller or trowel to evenly apply and mix the material. The construction of the material should be completed within 30 minutes.
⑤ Proper handover treatment should be carried out at the construction handover points.
After the construction is completed, people can enter 24 hours later and heavy pressure can be applied 72 hours later (based on 250 ° C. The opening time should be appropriately extended in low temperatures).
Acceptance criteria
When the ambient temperature is 25℃, it should be fully dry within 7 days after construction, that is, the hardness should reach about 80% of the fully cured state.
2. The surface must not show any stickiness.
3. Bubbles: No bubbles for flat coating type and mortar type. Self-leveling type allows 1 small bubble per 10 square meters.
4. Good leveling property, no trowel marks, and the large-area interfaces are basically flat.
5. No floating color or mottling, uniform and consistent color, and extremely slight color difference is allowed at large area interfaces.
6. No coarse impurities are allowed, but minor defects caused by airborne dust falling are permitted.
