Epoxy self-leveling floor coating is a solvent-free high-performance coating formulated by using epoxy resin as the film-forming substance and adding curing agents, non-volatile active diluents, additives, pigments and fillers. It is a material with weak dust emission. Solvent-free epoxy resin floor paint, as a highly clean ground decoration material, has a smooth and glossy surface that can meet higher cleanliness requirements. It is mostly used in self-leveling construction and is widely applied in the electronics and microelectronics industries, the pharmaceutical industry that implements GMP standards, and the blood products industry, where high cleanliness, aesthetics, dust-free and sterile conditions are required. It is suitable for other industries that require wear resistance, heavy pressure resistance, impact resistance, and resistance to chemical corrosion. It can also be used for floors in schools, offices, homes, etc.
Product features
1. It has a high bonding strength with the base layer, a low shrinkage rate during hardening, and is not prone to cracking. Seamless as a whole, easy to clean, and does not accumulate dust or bacteria. High solid content, thick film formed in one go; It cures at room temperature to form a film and is easy to maintain and repair.
2. High strength, wear-resistant, durable, and capable of withstanding the long-term pressure of forklifts, trolleys and other vehicles.
3. Anti-permeation, resistant to acid, alkali, salt, chemical solvents and oil corrosion, especially with excellent resistance to strong alkali.
4. The surface is smooth and flat, beautiful, achieving a mirror-like effect, with rich colors, which can beautify the working environment. The ground is non-toxic and meets hygiene requirements.
Construction technology
1. Ground treatment before painting;

Notes
Before the floor construction, the base surface must be properly treated to ensure excellent adhesion between the substrate and the floor. Different treatment methods also have slightly different effects on the base surface. Generally, heat treatment (flame treatment) can effectively remove surface oil stains without affecting the strength of concrete. High-pressure steam treatment also has no significant effect on the strength of concrete. High-pressure water jet treatment can enhance the base surface. Mechanical treatment is the most widely used method for surface treatment of base layers in China. Sandblasting treatment and steel broom removal can both enhance the concrete base surface. The influence of grinding and rolling on the strength of concrete is related to the quality of the concrete itself, usually fluctuating between -20% and 30%. As epoxy self-leveling is a one-time thick film formed and is not suitable for repair, it is necessary to investigate the strength, moisture content, density, flatness and other indicators of the base layer before construction.
