Product application
Application: This paint has excellent anti-rust performance, strong adhesion, dries quickly at room temperature, and has a relatively high zinc powder content in the paint film, providing cathodic protection. It also has outstanding water resistance and anti-rust properties. It is mainly used for steel components such as shipbuilding, Bridges and containers, offshore oil drilling platforms, port facilities and chemical equipment, etc.
Product color and composition
Composition: It is formulated from epoxy resin, zinc powder (or aluminum powder slurry), additives and polyamide resin.

Surface treatment: Sa2.5 grade, St3 grade, removing surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.
Supporting coatings: Post-treatment supporting coatings: epoxy paint, tar epoxy paint, chlorinated rubber paint, etc.

Theoretical coating area: 9.5-10.5 m ² /kg
Drying time (at 25℃) : Surface dry ≤40 minutes

Thinner: Epoxy paint thinner dilution rate 10-15% (by weight)

Mixing ratio: Paint: curing agent = 10:1; Premixing time: 10-20 minutes; Please use it up within 6 hours.
Reference construction viscosity: 9-13 seconds for airless spraying, 40-60 seconds for brushing.
Storage period: 12 months;
Packaging specifications: Paint: 20kg per drum, curing agent: 2kg per drum.
