Product application
Application: This paint film features excellent adhesion and high hardness. It particularly has good resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents and chemicals, as well as anti-mold properties.
Product color and composition
Colour: Iron red, grey
Composition: It is formulated from epoxy resin, additives and polyamide resin, and is packaged in two separate parts with organic solvents, pigments and additives as components.
Technical parameters
Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.
Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.
Matching coating: Apply to the workpiece after surface treatment.
Construction methods: Spraying, roller coating, brushing.
Drying time (at 25℃) : Surface dry ≤4 hours
Practical work ≤24 hours
Reference construction viscosity: Spray for 15-20 seconds. Number of coats: 2-3.
Theoretical coating area: 6-10m ² /kg (depending on the color); The wet film thickness of one coat of paint wax is approximately 40-60μm, and the dry film thickness is 20-23μm.
Coating interval (at 25℃) : minimum 30 minutes, maximum 24 hours.
Thinner: Epoxy resin paint thinner, dilution rate 10-15% (by weight).
Mixing ratio: Paint: curing agent = 5:1.
Premixing time: ≤ 20 minutes. Available time: 6 hours
Storage period: 12 months;
Packaging specifications: Paint: 20kg per drum, curing agent: 4kg per drum.
