Application: This paint film features excellent adhesion and high hardness. It particularly has good resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents and chemicals, as well as anti-mold properties. When used in conjunction with epoxy primer, it is suitable for anti-corrosion protection and decoration on the surfaces of various mechanical equipment and chemical pipelines.

Product color and composition

Colour: All colours

Composition: It is formulated from epoxy resin, additives and polyamide resin, and is packaged in two separate parts with organic solvents, pigments and additives as components.

Technical parameters

Original paint viscosity: (25℃) ≥35s (Apply -4 cups)

Number of coating coats: 2-3

Theoretical coating area: 6-10m ² /kg (depending on the color);

The thickness of one coat of paint film: The wet film thickness is approximately 40-60μm, and the dry film thickness is 20-23μm.

The surface drying time at 25℃ is no more than 6 hours

Practical work ≤24 hours

Coating interval (at 25℃) : minimum 30 minutes, maximum 24 hours.

Thinner: Epoxy resin paint thinner, dilution rate 10-15% (by weight)

Construction methods: Spraying, brushing.

Mixing ratio: Paint: curing agent = 5:1

Premixing time: 10-20 minutes. Available time: 6 hours

Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.

Matching coatings: The previous matching coatings include epoxy ester primer, epoxy anti-corrosion paint, etc.

Storage period: 12 months

Packaging: Paint: 20kg per drum, curing agent: 4kg per drum.
