Product application

Application: The paint film is tough and durable, with good adhesion, water resistance and rust prevention. Its moisture-proof and salt spray resistance are better than those of alkyd primer.

Product color and composition

Colour: grey, iron red, zinc yellow, black

Composition: It is formulated from epoxy resin, vegetable oleic acid, mica iron oxide/aluminum, extender pigments, drying accelerator, zinc powder and organic solvents.

Impact resistance: ≥50kg.cm

Solid content: ≥65%

Original paint viscosity: (25℃) 80-120 seconds (apply -4 cups)

Number of coating coats: 1-2

Coating area: 3-4 m2/kg (depending on the color)

The thickness of one coat of paint film: The wet film thickness is approximately 40-52 μm, and the dry film thickness is approximately 20-26 μm.

Drying time: (at 25℃) Full dry ≤24 hours

Dry for 1 hour

Coating interval: (25℃) Minimum 24 hours, maximum unlimited hours.

Thinner: Epoxy ester primer thinner, dilution rate 10-15% (by weight)

Construction methods: Spraying, brushing, roller coating

Reference construction viscosity: Spray for 20-30 seconds; Brush for 40 to 60 seconds; Roll coating for 40 to 60 seconds

Surface treatment: Shot blasting and sandblasting for rust removal to reach the standard Sa2.5 grade, or use power tools to reach the standard St3 grade, and remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.

Storage period: 12 months

Packaging: 12kg per drum
