Application: This paint has good adhesion of the film, and its flexibility, moisture resistance and acid and alkali resistance are better than those of ordinary paints. It can be used to cover equipment that cannot be baked.

The thickness of one coat of paint wax: The wet film thickness is approximately 38-48μm, and the dry film thickness is approximately 13-17μm.

Drying time: (at 25℃) Full dry ≤8 hours

Dry (60℃) for 2 hours;

The minimum coating interval at 25℃ is 8 hours, and the maximum is unlimited.

Thinner: The dosage of epoxy ester thinner is 10-15% (by weight)

Construction methods: Spraying, brushing, roller coating.

Reference construction viscosity: Spray for 20-30 seconds; Brush for 40 to 60 seconds; Roll coating for 40 to 60 seconds

Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc. .

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.

Shelf life: 12 months
