Application: This paint film features excellent adhesion, high hardness, and good gloss and fullness. It particularly has good resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and chemicals, as well as anti-mold properties. It is suitable for use in conjunction with polyurethane primers and epoxy primers for anti-corrosion protection and decoration on the surfaces of various mechanical equipment and chemical pipelines.

Composition: It is composed of isocyanate prepolymer as Component one and hydroxyl-containing polyester, organic solvents, pigments and additives as component two.

Technical parameters

Average density: 1.1g/ml

Original paint viscosity: (25℃) ≥35s (apply -4 cups)

Number of coating coats: 2-3 coats;

Theoretical coating area: 7-8m ² /kg (depending on color);

The thickness of one coat of paint film: The wet film thickness is approximately 40-60μm, and the dry film thickness is 20-23μm

The surface drying time at 25℃ is no more than 2 hours

Practical work ≤24 hours;

Coating interval (at 25℃) : minimum 30 minutes, maximum 24 hours;

Thinner: Polyurethane paint thinner, dilution rate 10-15% (by weight)

Construction methods: Spray coating, brush coating

Mixing ratio: Paint: curing agent = 3:1

Premixing time: 10-20 minutes. Available time: 6 hours

Reference construction viscosity: Spray for 15-20 seconds

Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period. .
