Performance and application: The paint film features strong adhesion, water resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance, and good anti-mold properties. It is used as a primer for the surface of ferrous metals, oil tanks, etc., and as a primer to prevent chemical corrosion in humid and hot zones.

Product color and composition

Colour: Grey, iron red

Composition: It is composed of isocyanate prepolymer as Component one, alkyd resin containing hydroxyl groups, pigments, extender pigments and organic solvents as component two, and is packaged in separate parts.

Average density: 1.27g/ml

Original paint viscosity (25℃) : ≥30 s (apply -4 cups)

Number of coating coats: 2-3 coats;

Theoretical coating area: 4-5m ² /kg (depending on color)

The thickness of one coat of paint film: The wet film thickness is approximately 50-70μm, and the dry film thickness is 25-35μm

The surface drying time at 25℃ is no more than 2 hours

Practical work ≤24 hours;

Coating interval (at 25℃) : Minimum 30 minutes; Maximum unlimited time.

Thinner: Polyurethane paint thinner, dilution rate 10-15% (by weight)

Construction methods: Spraying, brushing

Mixing ratio: Paint: curing agent = 10:1 (by weight)

Premixing time: 10-20 minutes. Available time: 6 hours

Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.

Storage period: 12 months

Packaging specifications: 10kg of paint per drum, 2kg of curing agent per drum
