Usage: This paint has strong anti-fouling ability, can keep the bottom of the ship smooth and clean, save fuel, extend the maintenance interval, and has good adhesion and water resistance. It is applicable to ships, offshore facilities and oil platforms to prevent the attachment and growth of Marine organisms.

Composition: It is made by grinding and blending chlorinated rubber, additives, cuprous oxide, pigments, additives, etc.

Thinner: Chlorinated rubber paint thinner, usage 10-15% (by weight)

Construction methods: airless spraying, brushing, roller coating;

Reference construction viscosity: Airless spray for 100 seconds; Brush for 60 to 80 seconds; Roll coating for 60 to 80 seconds

Surface treatment: Shot blasting and sandblasting for rust removal to reach the standard Sa2.5 grade, or use power tools to reach the standard St3 grade, and remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.
