Application: Widely used as architectural coatings, chemical anti-corrosion coatings, flame-retardant coatings, and anti-corrosion coatings for ships and Marine steel structures. The paint film features fast drying, strong adhesion, excellent weather resistance and good alkali resistance. It is particularly suitable for protective and decorative coatings on ships, Bridges and various large-scale mechanical equipment.

Product color and composition

Colour: All colours

Composition: It is made by grinding chlorinated rubber, toughening agents and various pigments, and then adding an appropriate amount of aromatic solvents.

Average density: 1.24g/ml

Original paint viscosity: (25℃) 80-120 seconds

Number of coating coats: 1-2

Theoretical coating area: 7-8m ² /kg

The thickness of one coat of paint wax: The wet film thickness is approximately 80 μm, and the dry film thickness is approximately 35 μm.

Drying time: (At 25℃) Surface dry ≤1 hour

Practical work ≤24 hours

Coating interval: (25℃) Minimum 6 hours, maximum unlimited hours

Thinner: Chlorinated rubber paint thinner, dilution rate 10-15% (by weight)

Construction method: Airless spraying; Brushing; Roll coating;

Reference construction viscosity: Airless spray for 100 seconds; Brush for 60 to 80 seconds; Roll coating for 60 to 80 seconds

Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.

Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.

Coating: The previous coating can be chlorinated rubber primer, epoxy primer, polyurethane primer, acrylic polyurethane primer, etc.

Storage period: 12 months
