Application: The paint film features fast drying, smooth and bright surface, and good durability. It is used for surface decoration of vehicles, instruments, machinery and equipment, and wood products.

Composition: It is formulated with nitrocellulose, alkyd resin, various pigments, toughening agents and organic solvents.
Technical parameters
Original paint viscosity: (25℃) 70-200s (apply -4 cups)
Number of coating coats: 2-3
Theoretical coating area: 8-12m ² /kg (depending on the color)
The thickness of one coat of paint film: The dry film thickness is approximately 20-26 μm
Drying time: (At 25℃) Surface drying ≤10 minutes
Practical work ≤1 hour
Coating interval: (25℃) Minimum 30 minutes, maximum unlimited hours.
Thinner: Nitrocellulose lacquer thinner usage: 10-15% (by weight)
Construction methods: Spraying, brushing.
Reference construction viscosity: 15-25 seconds for spraying;
Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.
Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 70%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.
Matching coatings: The previous matching coatings are nitrocellulose putty and nitrocellulose two-coat primer
Storage period: 12 months
Packaging: 9kg per drum (subject to color)
