Application: The paint film dries quickly and is easy to sand. It is used as a coating for the surfaces of castings and vehicles, and as a matching primer for various nitrocellulose coatings.
Product color and composition
Color: Iron red, gray
Composition: It is formulated from nitrocellulose, alkyd resin, pigments, extender pigments, toughening agents and organic solvents.

Original paint viscosity: (25℃) 120-200 s (apply -4 cups)
Number of coating coats: 2-3
Theoretical coating area: 6-10m ² /kg (depending on the color)
The thickness of one coat of paint wax: The dry film thickness is approximately 20-30μm
Drying time: (At 25℃) Surface drying ≤10 minutes

Coating interval: (25℃) Minimum 30 minutes, maximum unlimited hours.
Thinner: Nitrocellulose lacquer thinner, dilution rate 10-15% (by weight)
Construction methods: Spraying, brushing.
Reference construction viscosity: 11-15 seconds for spraying; Brush for 20 seconds
Surface treatment: Remove surface oil stains, moisture and impurities, etc.
Construction conditions: To prevent water vapor condensation, the temperature should be above the dew point, the relative humidity below 80%, and good ventilation should be maintained during the drying period.
Matching coatings: Post-treatment matching coatings: various nitrocellulose exterior enamel paints, nitrocellulose putty, and nitrocellulose two-coat primer.
Storage period: 12 months
Packaging specification: 10kg per drum.
