Product application
It can be used as an intermediate layer paint sealing coating for high-performance anti-rust paints such as epoxy zinc-rich primer and inorganic zinc primer to enhance the interlayer adhesion and protective performance of the entire coating. It can be used as a sealing coating paint for metal zinc spraying on steel or the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel. It can also be used as a primer on the surface of aluminum alloys. It can be directly applied to the surface of steel that has undergone sandblasting treatment as an anti-rust primer. Composition: A two-component anti-rust intermediate paint composed of epoxy resin, mica iron oxide, additives and polyamide resin.

Performance
It has excellent adhesion and sealing performance on zinc-rich primers and zinc spray coatings of steel.
2. It has good adhesion on properly treated galvanized steel and excellent adhesion on sandblasted steel and aluminum alloy.
3. Due to the presence of atmospheric and underwater steel facilities, it has good weather resistance to industrial and chemical atmospheric environments.
4. It has good interlayer adhesion with the subsequent paint film. It can be used in combination with epoxy, polyurethane and chlorinated rubber coatings, as well as traditional paints such as alkyd and phenolic.
5. It has excellent wear resistance and durability. The paint film can maintain superior impact resistance and flexibility for a long time.
Technical parameters
Surface treatment
1. Steel coated with zinc powder primer: Remove all oil stains, debris and zinc salts.
2. Galvanized steel: Use an elastic grinding wheel to remove all oil stains, debris and zinc salts. If the parts are submerged in water, they must be treated by light sweeping and sandblasting.
3. Aluminum alloy: The bottom of the ship is roughened by light brushing and sandblasting, while the waterline or land areas are sanded with sandpaper.
4. Zinc-sprayed steel that has not been exposed to direct sunlight: After removing all oil stains, impurities and zinc salts, polish it with steel wool.
5. Steel: Sandblasting treatment to Sa 2.5 grade.
6. Steel coated with workshop primer: Secondary rust removal is carried out by light sweeping sandblasting or pneumatic (electric) tools, and the rust removal quality reaches Sa grade.
7. For compatible old paint films: After removing all oil stains and debris, sand the old paint film.
Number of coating coats: 1 coat by airless spray. Apply 2 to 3 coats by brush or roller.
Film thickness: One coat thickness: Dry film thickness 100μm; Wet film thickness: 220μm; Fully cured for 7 days.
Drying time: Surface dry ≤ 1 hour

Construction conditions
Substrate temperature: The substrate temperature must be 3℃ above the dew point. When the substrate temperature drops below 5℃ during outdoor construction, the curing reaction stops and construction cannot proceed.
The matching coating: The previous matching coating is epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy iron red primer, inorganic zinc primer (or on the surface of steel with rust removal quality reaching Sa2.5 grade after direct treatment, or on the surface of aluminum alloy after appropriate treatment). The subsequent coating can be epoxy topcoat, chlorinated rubber topcoat, alkyd topcoat, polyurethane topcoat, epoxy asphalt anti-rust paint, phenolic topcoat, etc.
Storage period: 12 months;
Packaging specifications: Paint: 18kg per drum, curing agent: 3kg per drum.
Safety measures
Safety: Avoid contact of the paint with skin and eyes. Wear gloves, masks and glasses. Apply protective ointment to the skin. If skin contact occurs accidentally, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If the paint splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water for at least 10 minutes, and then go to the hospital for examination and treatment right away. The construction site should ensure good ventilation. When conducting spraying operations, a mask with adsorption function (activated carbon is generally selected as the adsorbent) should be worn to effectively prevent paint mist or its vapor from being inhaled by the human body. This product is flammable. Keep away from fire sources and smoking is strictly prohibited.
